Volunteers

For the success of our event, we need and greatly appreciate the assistance of volunteers. Volunteers score the race, call times to runners, keep them on the course, man the water stations, and much, much more.

Our volunteers include teachers, engineers, homemakers, lawyers, retired persons, and students. We welcome any committment of time, though we warn you that volunteering with us can become addictive.

If you would like to join us, consult the Pine Beach 5K Volunteer Application , check off the duty that you may be interested in (we will do our best to accomodate you), and return a copy to us.

We will call you the week before the event to remind you of the time and place of the race. But remember, you can always join us even if you have not signed up prior to the race. Additionally, we update the volunteer page weekly to include the details for the race.
